Homeless
people
You will get to know some of our organisations who are working on a local and national level to fight homelessness. They are providing a wide range of services, from day centres, hostels to training and education facilities to give every individual a tailored response.
older
people
Our members offer a wide range of services for older people. They share the same values in treating people with dignity and love. Here we will visit a care home specialising in care for people with dementia and join a volunteer on a befriending visit.
Children and
families
In this film we visit a nursery in one of the most deprived areas of London and a special needs school in the Liverpool area. Our member organisations working with children and families also provide social action work and counselling across England and Wales.
Vulnerable
adults
Our definition of vulnerable adults is very wide and also includes individuals who find themselves on the margins of society. In this film you will get to know members working with prisoners and their families, people with learning disabilities and adults who receive training for employment.
