About the role
Medaille Trust are seeking a confident and experienced Head of Development and Impact with a wide range of skills and importantly, a ‘can do’ approach. The Head of Development and Impact will play an integral role in driving the organisation’s strategic vision and sustainability, with cross-cutting responsibility for fundraising, communications, marketing, stakeholder engagement, advocacy, volunteering and impact measurement. You will lead efforts to expand the organisation’s reach, diversity income streams, deepen supporter engagement, and ensure robust impact reporting and data practices. You must be a dynamic and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, analytical capabilities, and a proven ability to lead and put into place effective initiatives in a fast-paced, values-driven environment. You must have experience in a leadership role with a proven track record of writing and winning major funding bids. A management qualification or demonstrable management experience is essential.
